Addis Housewares Ltd. guarantees each product against all defects in materials or workmanship for a period specified from the date of purchase and agrees to repair or replace any defective product without charge.

Please note, as of April 2022, Addis no longer requires consumers to register products for the extended guarantee; however, valid proof of purchase* is required to claim under the guarantee and unfortunately without evidence of this to validate the guarantee, we will not be able to provide a replacement.

The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, or the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product.

No responsibility is assumed for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

To claim against the guarantee, please complete the ‘complaints‘ form and a member of our team will respond within 5 working days.

 

*Please note that valid proof of purchase is your receipt/e-receipt, order confirmation, or another proof which shows the item purchased, the store, and the date of purchase. This does not include bank statements as these do not show the proof of purchase.
